3. Booking and Scheduling

3.1 Confirmation
Upon booking, a confirmation will be sent to the client outlining the service details, date, and time.
3.2 Rescheduling
If rescheduling is necessary, clients must notify us at least 48 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees.
4. Payment Terms
All services are subject to payment upon completion. Accepted payment methods include cash, credit/debit cards, and bank transfers.
4.1 Pricing
Prices are based on the scope of work and the size of the garden. Any additional services requested will incur extra charges.
4.2 Late Payments
Late payments may result in the suspension of services until the outstanding balance is settled.
5. Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel services without penalty up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Cancellations made within 24 hours may incur a cancellation fee.
6. Liability
